Returns & refunds

A fair route when plans change.

Different rules apply to ready-made, personalised and faulty products. Here is the practical process.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible ready-made goods bought online, tell us or the seller within 14 days after delivery that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the item back. Return it unused, with all supplied pieces and protective packaging. You may be responsible for the direct return cost unless the listing or seller says otherwise.

When the 14-day right may not apply

The change-of-mind right may not apply to goods made to your measurements or clearly personalised for you, or to sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A seller must not use these exceptions for an ordinary stock item simply because it is handmade.

Faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described

Your legal rights are not affected by personalisation or hygiene exceptions. Open the order, choose the help/return route and add clear photographs plus a short description. Keep the product and packaging while the case is reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

How to start

  1. Open Your orders and select the relevant order.
  2. Use the return/help action or message the artist from that order.
  3. Wait for the return instructions before posting anything.
  4. Use tracked postage and retain proof of posting where a return is requested.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We process them promptly and, for cancelled goods, no later than 14 days after the seller receives the goods or you provide evidence of return, as applicable.
