What every listing should tell you

The artist or business selling the item, meaningful photographs and description, total price, sizing method, production and delivery estimates, and whether the set is stock, made to order or personalised. Never move payment or order discussions off GLAZEM at a seller’s request.

Problems we review

  • An order does not arrive or tracking does not resolve the issue.
  • An item arrives materially damaged, unsafe, counterfeit or significantly different from its listing.
  • A seller does not honour an applicable cancellation, return, replacement or refund right.
  • An artist stops responding after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the order.

The resolution path

  1. Open the order and message the artist with the outcome you need.
  2. Add photographs, tracking or other concise evidence.
  3. If unresolved, use the order’s help action or the escalation route on Help & contact.
  4. GLAZEM reviews the listing, messages, tracking and applicable consumer rights, then confirms the next step.

The remedy depends on the facts and may include completion, replacement, repair, price reduction, cancellation or refund. This page does not reduce any statutory right or remedy.

Fit is a shared process

Nail Passport improves confidence but is not a guarantee. Protection does not cover a change of preference or an avoidable measuring error where the artist supplied clear instructions and fulfilled the agreed specification. It does cover items that do not match the measurements or description the artist accepted.
