Seller reporting.

Why GLAZEM may need verified seller identity, tax and payment information and what a seller receives if a report is required.

When the rules apply

UK digital-platform reporting rules can require an in-scope platform operator to collect and verify seller information, report seller payments and provide each reportable seller with a copy. Whether a particular operator or seller is in scope depends on the legal structure, activity and applicable exclusions.

Information we may request

This may include legal name, address, date of birth, tax identification details, business registration information, payment-account information, quarterly amounts paid, transaction counts and fees, commission or taxes withheld. We ask only for information required for onboarding, payment, compliance or reporting.

Verification, retention and copies

If reporting applies, GLAZEM must take reasonable steps to verify seller information, keep the required evidence and give the seller a copy of information reported by the deadline. Seller reporting does not itself mean tax is owed. Sellers remain responsible for their own records and tax position.

Keep your record current

Tell us promptly if your legal name, address, tax residence, entity type or payment account changes. Missing or unreliable mandatory information may prevent payout or require a temporary restriction until corrected.
