What happens next
We acknowledge reports, preserve relevant records and assess whether urgent restriction is needed. We may ask the seller for evidence and may share the substance of the allegation so they can respond. We do not disclose more personal information than necessary.
Outcomes and misuse
We may remove or restore a listing, restrict an account or ask the parties to obtain specialist advice. Knowingly false, abusive or repeated unsupported reports may lead to restrictions. Nothing on this page decides legal ownership or prevents either party using formal legal remedies.
