Before you buy

Check the seller identity, product materials, adhesive included, quantity, measurements, warnings and instructions. Contact the artist before buying if you have an allergy, damaged skin or a question the listing does not answer.

Application and wear

• Read and follow the artist’s and adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not apply to injured, irritated or infected nails or skin.
• Keep glues, removers and small decorative parts away from children and pets.
• Avoid skin and eye contact with adhesive. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you have a significant reaction.
• Do not force removal; follow the supplied removal and aftercare directions.

Report an unsafe product

Stop using it. Keep the product, packaging, instructions and order number. Contact the seller from the order page and escalate through Help & contact with photographs and the nature of the risk. For an immediate or serious danger, contact the appropriate emergency or product-safety authority as well.

Seller duties and recalls

Sellers must offer safe products, provide required warnings and traceability information, monitor incidents and cooperate with corrective action or recalls. GLAZEM may pause a listing while a safety concern is assessed and contact affected customers where action is required.
