Items we do not allow

• Counterfeit, copied or unauthorised designs, photographs, logos or branded goods.
• Resold mass-produced sets presented as handmade or artist-made.
• Products known or reasonably suspected to be unsafe, recalled, contaminated, unlawfully labelled or missing required warnings and traceability.
• Unapproved medicinal claims, products intended to diagnose or treat disease, or instructions that encourage unsafe use.
• Loose professional chemicals, adhesives or hazardous substances that are not lawfully packaged, labelled and permitted for consumer sale.
• Items unrelated to GLAZEM’s approved press-on nail, nail-art, education or booked-service categories.

Listing evidence

Artists must be able to show authorship, materials, supplier traceability, safety instructions and any information reasonably requested during moderation. A listing may remain draft or be removed while evidence is checked.

Enforcement

We may restrict a listing, pause a seller, preserve evidence, notify affected buyers, arrange corrective action or report a matter to the relevant authority. Decisions take account of urgency, evidence, repeated conduct and customer risk.
