About GLAZEM
GLAZEM is an online marketplace operated by Shahid Kazi, 25 Ringwood Highway, Coventry, CV2 2GG, United Kingdom. Product pages identify the independent artist or business offering an item. Unless a page clearly says GLAZEM is the seller, the sales contract for that item is between you and that seller; GLAZEM provides the marketplace, payment routing and support process.
Accounts and eligibility
Give accurate information, keep login details secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 to buy or have a parent/guardian complete the purchase. Gift acceptance features marked 18+ may only be used by adults.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. The seller accepts it when fulfilment begins or dispatch is confirmed, depending on the item. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly wrong, verification fails or fraud/safety concerns arise. Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes where required; delivery charges and estimates are shown before payment.
Fit, appearance and handmade variation
Nail Passport and fit indicators are guidance, not a guarantee. Follow the seller’s measuring and application instructions. Handmade work can have minor, non-material variation, but the item must still match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for any stated purpose.
Cancellations, returns and problems
Our Returns & refunds policy explains the process. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law for goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described, late or not supplied. Custom or clearly personalised products can have different change-of-mind rights.
Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse the service, bypass payment, scrape it, interfere with security, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or infringing material, manipulate reviews or harass artists or customers. You keep ownership of content you submit and give GLAZEM a non-exclusive licence to host, display and moderate it for operating and promoting the marketplace.
Responsibility
We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms for legal, safety or service changes. Material changes will be brought to account holders’ attention where appropriate. English law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts that apply where you live in the United Kingdom.
