Estimates and costs
Delivery options, charges and the available estimate are shown before payment. Handmade and made-to-measure sets may also have a production lead time. Unless another date is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Multiple artists
Items from different artists may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking and delivery estimates. Your order page is the source of truth for each parcel.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking appears on your order once supplied by the artist. Check your delivery address before payment. An address cannot normally be changed after production or dispatch begins; use order messages immediately if you spot an error.
Late, missing or damaged parcels
Check tracking and then contact the artist from your order page. If the delivery estimate has passed and there is no useful update, escalate through Help & contact. Photograph damaged packaging before opening where possible. Your rights for late, missing or damaged goods are not affected.
